I am so glad I picked up this book to read. I had a delightful time reading this. Yes it is pretty predictable but the two main characters are just so much fun. It is like an adult version of little kids in the playground, where the little boy likes the little girl and he teases her, and she teases back too. Lucy is so adorably oblivious of what is really happening with her and Josh's little games at work, and borderline naive (luckily she is very likable and not irritating with her quirks and qualities). She might be a pushover at times but she definitely has lots of great ideas to help improve G&B, if she can survive Josh's "glares" and ideas. Josh. Well, it must be so hard to try and live up to his father's impossible standards of being a doctor. Along the way, you get to see his true strengths and one major weakness (hello it's Lucy of course). The games they play, while seem a little childish, it eventually leads to a turning point, forcing both to confront their feelings and open their eyes to the reality and truth. As they spend more and more time together outside of work, ever since that paintball team session, it is so glaringly adorable how well they fit together.... just waiting for Lucy to realize it. They take things slow and at different pace, but the story definitely moves along at a good pace, definitely enough for me to eagerly gobble up this book. The climax was predictable but oh my, I enjoyed every moment of it.
