Sara Moulton has worked for Gourmet Magazine, been a featured chef on Good Morning America and has had her own show on PBS, Sara's Weeknight Meals. She also worked with Julia Child. This book gives a good selection of recipes including international cuisine. I loved the photographs of cooking techniques like making rack of lamb to corn tortillas. She also has celebrity chefs throughout the book sharing their best recipes. Beside each recipe like kale, she has a summary of why she chose this menu item and how to make the most of your ingredients.
