Tom Rath had a lot of good things to say in this book. But I would not recommend this book to someone looking to boost their healthy lifestyle to the next level. This book is for beginners. Basically he talks about the basics of healthy eating, getting your body moving and sleeping more. There is nothing complex to this book. But I believe that is the point of what he wanted to accomplish. As someone who is at the next level of living the healthy lifestyle, there were a lot things he talked about that I couldn't agree with. Such as the huge amount of eating out he does. I mean, when I finish a book on healthy living and feel inspired to go out for a hamburger, what have I really taken away from this book?
