Most amazing chocolate recipes in the back! The choc chip cookies are to-die-for. Also the hazelnut spread filled cookies. Kids tasted this home-made marshmallow for the first time - another winner. Of course there is this whole slew of information on how to ‘work’ chocolate. Very interesting.
