"The OSS is after Jimmy, and they're planning on using his daughter to catch him. But Jimmy will tear the world apart to keep his daughter safe. Literally. This morally bankrupt immortal freak of nature has absolutely no concern for the wellbeing of any human being besides himself and his Sweetpea. It'd be adorable if it weren't so scary"--Provided by publisher.

I really enjoyed volume 1 just because the premise of the story was so different. This volume continues the obscenely violent rampage of death and destruction, and along the way it gets a little boring. It becomes just a little more of the same, even though they also give us a number of answers to what exactly Jimmy is and what it means to be a demon. This was still just enough fun, and an escapist read, that I will stick with it and get the next volume.

A dark and darkly funny story, taking a seemingly simple premise, executed with deceptively simple art, and taking it to logical extremes over four volumes. 'Demon' somehow manages to be both nihilistic and heartfelt, which is quite a trick.
