Too hard to follow & a shallow script & ho hum acting. Give me Hitchcock or Kubrick. I wasn't entertained & it lacked credibility. I didn't relate to the script thread.

Great... a battle between vampires and werewolves depends on fighting with automatic weapons. Predictable and boring.

What's one to do having chased the series after four prior films but to watch this to find out what's latest in the Underworld eternal conflict. Not the best but better than "Rise of the Lycans 2009" and on par with "Awakening 2012." Icy Lara Pulver shined in this latest episode. Resident Evil began in 2002 "Resident Evil" and its lead actor Milla Jovovich pushing 42. Underworld began in 2003 and Beckinsale is 44. Both not as good as when they were in their prime, and time is running out for both heroines in hyper-action films with or without stuntmen.

I enjoyed the movie, and love Kate B. looking fabulous in her black leather. It wraps up some questions about what happened to her lover, and child.

Bad. Plot makes no sense. It is time to let the series end.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS SERIES??? IT is just like the Resident Evil franchise. IF you make a world with supernatural components then you should have to adhere to the rules of what you built - or have a really good explanation for why something is different. This series is all over the place with dates changing, ages changing, interbreeding ... and now apparently you can just drink the blood (as a werewolf) to get more supernatural powers.
What the heck??? Vampires were suppose to be the blood drinkers with the memories associated with them - Werewolves were the berserkers who were very hard to kill. Now they are all blended...Oh, and if you kill a deathdealer don't worry because they can be brought back with white hair.
Sorry but I am done with this series. It is total garbage now - even watching Kate can't save it.

Kate Beckinsdale !!!! only reason to watch these garbages

I was really disappointed, I fast forwarded a lot. This series must have made enough money to try and get Speedman back and play her love interest. That story line was the only reason I watched. Unless they go back to the first generation of characters I won't be watching these anymore.

This entire franchise is nowhere as cool as it pretends to be. You would think that a modern day war between vampires and werewolves should be spectacular - but it is not. The vampires are nothing more than seemingly rich humans that dress in black and use guns. The werewolves are the everyday, workingman that occasionally growl and use guns. Aside from the rare (and bad) special effects, there is nothing in this that would suggest anything supernatural is happening. It could very well just be street gang A, with all their black attire and guns, against street gang B, with all their dockworker uniforms and guns. I'm not even sure if we got to see any of the vampires' fangs in this one.
