I liked this book a lot. But not as much as any of the other books about Harry Potter. This book was confusing to read because it had the script. But it was not that bad. I think it was a good way to have a story about Harry Potter's kids.

This is a REALLY GOOD BOOK! it is one of my favorite books of all time! It is kind of confusing to read if your reading to someone because its literally the script. (i.e. Audio book) I like how it tell the story of Harry, Ron, Hermione, And Malfoy's (Draco) kids.

Although I enjoyed this book, I think it really lacked JKR's style of writing. I love the way she writes in her other books, and this one- bc it was NOT written by Rowling- just wasn't the same.
The other thing I didn't like about this book was that it was written in play form. I get that it was written for the play and then transferred to a book, but it just wasn't as enjoyable.
Also, some of the content in the book kinda confused me, like the part where the lunch trolley witch tries to stop Albus and Scorpius from escaping the train. Did she seriously turn into a ROBOT, or am I missing something...?
Despite the things that I didn't like, I still think it was a thrilling tale that was fun to read. I like died when I read that Harry was DEAD, and that Snape was actually being NICE. And it was heart-stopping when they finally realized who the bad guy really was, and that Vold- I mean, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named- might return. But yay for hero Scorpius- who knew a Slytherin- let alone a MALFOY- could be such a nice guy? (Not that I don't like Draco, he's one of my fave characters)
I wish the book had been a little better, but overall it was a fun read.
(P.S., I got this BEFORE I read Deathly Hallows...bad idea but I couldn't resist! DON'T TRY IT!)

I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan and was absolutely thrilled to be able to read this last book of the series. It was very interesting to see and learn how the main characters have developed over time, along with all the exciting expeditions that they went together. Now that they are grown-ups, it felt a little different to see how they interact with each other through their excellent teamwork. It took me several days to finish reading this wonderful book!! I strongly recommend this to the Harry Potter fans!!!

GINNY: After I came out of hospital - everyone ignored me, shut me out - other than, that is, the boy who had everything - who came across the Gryffindor common room and challenged me to a game of Exploding Snap. People think they know all there is to know about you, but the best bits of you are - have always been - heroic in really quiet ways. My point is - after this is over, just remember if you could that sometimes people - but particularly children - just want someone to play Exploding Snap with.

HARRY: You think that's what we're missing - Exploding Snap?

GINNY: No. But the love I felt from you that day - I'm not sure Albus feels that.

HARRY: I'd do anything for him.

GINNY: Harry, you'd do anything for anybody. You were pretty happy to sacrifice yourself for the world. He needs to feel specific love. It'll make him stronger, and you stronger too.
