Add a CommentI liked this book. Gave me many ideas for meal making beyond the basic zucchini noodles. I am now eager to go give my spiralizer a workout.
I bought a spiralizer awhile ago after trying zucchini noodles and loving them (convinced I wouldn't beforehand). This book has a lot of good ideas that I loved at first. However, a few recipes I have tried require a ridiculous amount of work for very little output. Others are not proportioned appropriately so you should use your better judgement. Still others are for only 1 serving so you have to scale appropriately. Definitely a great book for ideas if you have a spiralizer.
I've been reading the author's blog for quite some time and both my husband and I enjoy making her recipes. The spiralizer is not too expensive and it's fun to use! I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who wants to eat more vegetables but also loves hearty food.
