Loved the history that accompanied the progression of the language. It made more sense in why certain words were absorbed into the language.

I also appreciated getting to actually HEAR the spoken language as it changed through the years.

Fascinating & well done video. I would give it 5 stars (if I could figure out how to do it!).

Really interesting look about the development of the English language. I had a hard time, though, staying awake during some portions especially when he starts to just list off words that were impacted by historica developments. That may speak a bit more to the level of my exhaustion than to the quality of the series itself. So if you're really tired, you may nod off as well.
