This is really a film about the class system in Argentina.

Slow very slow....the end left me in suspense wondering, ok, what happened?
The second time I watched it....did not remember i did... Not a movie to remember...

This film by Argentinean director Lucrecia Martel is slow, and deals with the skewed mentality of a woman who was traumatized by an accident on the road. Whether this accident really happened or did so in her imagination only I never know. In the end it is not clear to me if her problem is resolved, or if she is a person of conscience. Still, this 'quiet' mystery had my attention throughout. Spanish with subtitles.

Argentinian film with a tantalizing premise that is very slow to develop. I lasted only 40'.
Filmed in a very claustrophobic widescreen. Awkward to view.

Skip It - The Headless Woman (2008) 87 min. [Foreign - Spanish (Argentina)] A woman is involved in a hit-and-run not completely sure if she actually hit someone. The film explores her guilt for leaving the scene and how she avoids the truth. Unfortunately, her avoidance puts the viewer through some suffering because nothing of relevance happens in the film What a waste ?!?!
