Join a brilliant young inventor named Lewis as he sets off on a time-traveling journey to find the family he never knew. In the world of 2037, hip-hoppin' frogs and dogs that wear glasses are as common as talking dinosaurs. In an amazing twist, Lewis discovers that the fate of the future rests in his hands, but he can't save it alone. He meets the wacky Robinson family, who help him learn to keep moving forward and never stop believing in himself.

It's an okay movie, and the premise is nice, but I don't think it is realized well enough, and the movie goes way overboard with their villain design.

Funny, entertaining, with a positive message! The whole family enjoyed it (tween, teen, adults)!

Such a great movie. We went back for it cause my 14 year old remembered it fondly. It's clever, it's fast paced, and it's funny. And I love the characters. Love it.

This has become my favorite pixar movie. I have not watched the DVD yet, but I saw it on Tv. The reason this is my favorite pixar is because of the way it shows and motivates people to "Keep moving forward". In other words,by never giving up your dream through practice , study, and believing in yourself that you can do it. This movie also inspired me <3 !

My favorite Pixar movie by far. It's message of "Keep Moving Forward" has multiple meanings - see clip of Walt Disney's comments at the end, and it has a positive "growth" message instead of a stunting "protection" message. There are moments that are just transcendent - Lewis in the conservatory at the end. As a bonus, it has one of my top 5 movie songs of all time "Little Wonders".

Fun movie! Ranks up there with The Incredibles. Good animated family flick.

The main character, Luis is an Orphan whose only dream is to find a family because he's the only one nobody takes only because of his weird inventions. However, soon he meets Wilbur, his son in the future where Wilbur warns his father , which is Luis by the way, in order to let him know about what's happening in the this case, Luis and Wilbur rides in a time machine ( Luis's invention, he created a lot of technology ) into the future. From the moment on, he goes into his future family's house ( the Robinsons) but meets them in disguise( Wilbur puts Luis a fruit hat so that nobody will recognize him as Luis in the past)...if they did, Wilbur wouldve gotten in trouble for bringing him from the present. The Robinsons all have a robot, singing frogs, and LOL guess who the wife is? a girl he meets in the science fair! Anyways, the problem in the future is that his antagonist, good aka bowler hat guy is trying to mess up Luis's life all because he crushed Goob's dream of catching the ball during his baseball game. In the should watch I think I gave enough details ^_^
