A fantastic adventure story for all ages. It reminded me of Rudyard Kipling's "Captains Courageous" but with an adult character plucked out of the sea and with a psychotic captain. A more perfect monster in the form of Wolf Larson you will hardly find outside a horror book. This novel makes on think about humanity as well as the good and evil in us all.
