OMG, THIS BOOK IS AMAZING! This book is the best in the entire series and is a must-read. It just piles on the suspense and tension. It is a lovely installment to the series. (It is my favorite book that is tied with new moon.) It is a great addition to your home or school bookshelf.
This was such a great book! Maybe not quite as good as New Moon, but, honestly, how can you beat that?? I really liked how much Edward wants Bella to be happy, and I was glad when he decided to condone her visits to Jacob. I was real funny when she was escaping on his motorcycle though... Also, I loved how Bella became closer to the Cullens (because they are a totally badass family is every way)! The entirety of the the Twilight series are indescribable!!
I really enjoyed this book. The tension between vampires and werewolves, the mysterious killings, it's all very fascinating and leaves you turning the page for more. Edward is a bit controlling over Bella's friendship with Jacob, but Bella also sneaks around Edward. Toxic relationship. Overall the series evolves nicely and has events occur that make the plot interesting throughout.
Eclipse is the 3rd book from the Twilight series. It continues the story from where
it was left off in the second book. In this book, Bella finds herself in danger again
when a series of murders in Seattle break out. Edward suspects it’s the work of a
vampire out for revenge. But the Cullens can’t fight them alone; they need help
from Jacob and the werewolves to make sure Bella is unharmed. However, now
Bella has to choose between Edward and Jacob, and she can’t do so without
feeling guilty for hurting either one of them. She also has to choose between
becoming a vampire or staying human. Will she marry Edward and become
immortal? Or will she choose Jacob and live life to a normal extent?
My favorite quote from the book was “What would happen to the things I want
now?” It really stood out to me because I think that we’re so busy with everything
that’s going on in our lives, that sometimes we don’t even realize how much
we’ve changed. All our likes, dislikes, interests and wants change, and we don’t
even pay attention to that. It made me realize how short life is, and that we should
enjoy every moment because we don’t know what the future might bring. So
maybe we should pay more attention to what we want, and not to what others
I think anyone who has started reading the series would definitely like to read
this. After all, you can’t start a series and leave it halfway through. Even if you’re
not the biggest Twilight fan, you must be curious to find out what happens. This
the book version, which has been made into a movie series. So if you’re not
interested in reading the series, you can still watch the movies! I would definitely
recommend this series to anyone who’s interested in the romance genre and
loves to read about the supernatural, because this series is a great mix of that.
Eclipse is my favorite Twilight book. I love it. I'm reading it for my 4th time right now!
The whole Twilight series is AMAZING!!!!!
l think Eclipse was my favourite..........
SUCH A GOOD BOOK!!!👍👍👍
This is a soap opera, but at least this one had more detail about the vampire world that was fascinating. It also so many cool back stories about the Cullens. It was great learning about Alice and Rosalie and the gang. Bella's mix-up with Edward and Jacob is frustrating to me - because once again she does not do anything to help explain why what is happening is happening. As someone who read cheap little romance novels and knows about vampire lifemate dynamics from other more competent authors - who make a point of explaining it. It's not hard for me to make the jump, but I shouldn't have to explain that possible dynamic to everyone who reads a series.
This was amazing! I loved it! It really challenged Bella and Edward’s love and it showed how strong it was. The love triangle was crazy and was full of drama. In this book I fell in love with Jacob. He was just so sweet. Edward was also sweet, but my heart has always belonged with Jacob. This book also had a lot of negative reviews, but I enjoyed it a lot. This book has always held a special place in my heart. My heart always flutters when I read this book. I have cried so many times for Jacob, he never wanted to let go of Bella and that just broke my heart into pieces. Stephanie Meyer did not disappoint me with the third book of the Twilight Saga. Eclipse was an original classic love story with of course Meyer’s own touch of magic. It was wonderful being able to read this book. But I was a bit confused on who Bella loved. I am not going to explain why because I feel like I am spoiling it too much, but I think readers will understand what I mean. This was just perfect; I give it a five out of five. @Nat of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
Out of all the books in the twilight series, Eclipse was one of the more enjoyable ones, in my opinion. I thought this book seemed a bit faster paced than New Moon or Breaking Dawn and contained a lot more action. The second half of this book was especially exciting and will have you reading through it really fast to find out what happens next. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoyed the first two books or to fans of the Twilight movies. I would give this book a rating of 9/10 stars because I really enjoyed it. I would also recommend reading the novella “The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner” which fits in right between Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.

Violent, fresh, and engaging, 'Eclipse' is the thrilling third book of Meyer's bestselling series. Packed with romance, witty characters, and an army of vampires hungering for Bella's blood, this book will not disappoint.
I think this book has converted me. Until now I didn't ship anyone. I wasn't team anyone.
I'm still not on team Anyone.
But I am certainly not on team Jacob.
The werewolf should be eliminated. He is vile and cruel and manipulative and I officially hate him.
Why. Why. Why. WHY doesn't anyone listen to Bella when she goes on about how she messed everything up?? She DID mess everything up??
Honestly Edward stop. Just stop. Just stop being yourself, it's annoying.
And as much as I couldn't care less if Bella ends up with Edward, I'll be satisfied.
So long as she isn't with the dog.
While Bella’s whining and complaining was still very annoying, I have to say this one was definitely better than New Moon. For once, there was actually a little bit of a plot in this book followed by some action. You get to see much more of the Cullen’s on this book, which is good. One thing I really don’t like is how bitter Jacob's character gets. You start to really not like his new character, and I seriously hated the way Jacob and Bella’s “friend” relationship turned out. Why couldn’t they just be friends? Edward and Bella’s relationship is still incredibly boring and makes no sense, but what is interesting is learning more about the vampires, hoping to have some of your questions answered. You also want to know more about the wolf pack, and Alice’s past especially, but you are left with reading Bella’s whiny thoughts like you are reading her diary. I would still recommend this book though, because it was alright.

Victoria is set upon killing Bella and she's creating and army of new vampires. The wolves and vampires must unite to protect Bella from the vampires. Jacob is also, continuously making advances towards Bella which neither Bella nor Edward are too fond of. Bella's dad is starting to suspect that something is wrong. 2 Stars

In my opinion, this book is definitely more action and drama filled than the previous book, New Moon. I can relate that perhaps the author was trying to step it up from a moody, emotional book to a more action and suspense filled background, as to show change that Edward's presence can bring. The romantic struggles in Bella's current state are now increasing in complexity as both factors such as Jacob and other vampires threaten her happy mood, following the end of the second book. This love story just doesn't seem to get boring as our brilliant author begins and ends another addition with fun, thrilling chapters to read. Obviously, I recommend this series!!!

I loved this book and all the other books in the series and I would read it again .😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
this was the most awesome book of my life and yes I would read it again! BUT I FEEL SO BAD FOR POOR JACOB!!! He is better with Bella than Edward and yet she is ignoring the fact that Jake loves her more, cares for her more and more... I also came to the conclusion that if the Cullens were not so beutiful Bella would never have even noticed them that first day in the cafetiria! Am I right??!! Anyway amazing book. I cried when I watched the movie cause I always wanted to hug Jacob in wolf form [ SO CUTE!!!] but its kinda annoying when in the movie you can't read the peoples thoughts [ or in this case soon to be vampire witch I'm furious about!] Anyway, BIGGEST FIVE STAR SIRIES IN ALL OF HUMANITY!!!
Yes. Yes. Yes. You should read the whole series again. Now.
Once again, a great novel for the openminded and quite gripping to read. Very understandable why there is so much hype and teenage excitement surrounding these novels.
Go ahead and read it!
This book is probably one of the best in the series, it has amazing plot twists and characters to make you die in awesomeness.
I think Bella does a great job narrating, but I do agree with you about her complaining habbit. It starts to get annoying after a couple of pages.
